Easy as Chocolate Fudge or Rocky Road
This is a recipe that is so easy to make that once you have made it once, you will never forget how. It can be made as a simple chocolate fudge or add a few extra ingredients to turn it into rocky road. You need 2-3 hours for this to fully set in the fridge.
Ingredients

- Chocolate fudge
- 350g dark chocolate, chopped
- 1 (400g) tin sweetened condensed milk
- 40g butter, chopped
- Rocky road
- 150g mixed nuts, chopped
- 100g marshmallows
- 50g turkish delight, chopped
- 50g glace cherries, chopped

- Place the chocolate, condensed milk and butter into a large microwave safe bowl. Cook in the microwave on 60% power for 3 minutes or until melted.. Once finished remove from the microwave and stir to combine.
- Spread into a greased 19cm x 29cm slice pan. Cover and place in the fridge to set for a minimum of 2 hours.
- Slice into pieces and serve – enjoy!
- To make the rocky road, make the fudge as directed in step 1. Once the mix has come out of the microwave and has been stirred, add the nuts, marshmallows, Turkish delight and glace cherries and mix well.
- Spread into a greased 19cm x 29cm slice pan. Cover and place in the fridge to set for a minimum of 3 hours.
- Slice into pieces and serve - enjoy!
