Simple but perfect peanut butter cookies. They are completely egg and dairy free but still so delicious!

No too bad, I used Coconut Oil as a healthier alternative to Marg. and made a double batch. My first tray melted into tacky pancakes and burnt, so I added an extra 100g of flour and 1tsp of Baking Powder to the remaining mix. Each tray cooked in 10 min and they were much better! very yummy. We used crunchy peanut butter. Be careful with the cooking time, ours would have been done after about 10min. - 28 Sep 2012
