Nice roast with abundant flavours

Serves: 8 

  • leg of lamb
  • ½ garlic clove cut into slices
  • 1 Garlic clove (minced or pressed in mortar and pestle)
  • 1½ teaspoons fresh rosemary (or dried if preferred)
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 2 Tablespoon olive oil

Preparation:10min  ›  Cook:1hour20min  ›  Ready in:1hour30min 

  1. Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees C. Place the olive oil into baking pan.
  2. Cut thin slits on lamb and insert the garlic slices in the lamb.
  3. Rub lamb with lemon juice. Combine the herbs & minced garlic; rub this mixture of lamb
  4. Grind salt & pepper on lamb
  5. Bake for 60-80 minutes
