These are a definite "sometimes" food! but so basic and easy kids can make them.. and gluten free!
I thought these were pretty good. I never made a peanut butter cookie without flour. I used natural peanut butter, I luckily had refridgerated so it held up well. For the chocolate I chopped up some Hershey milk chocolate melts that are new in the baking isle. I mixed the ingredients and scooped them with a cookie scoop onto a parchment lined tray. I baked them at American temperature of 375 degrees. I made 1/2 recipes and got 14 cookies. ty - 06 May 2013
