Raw Chocolate Cupcakes

    Serves: 2 

    • 1 cup of almonds
    • 1/4 of a cup of finely grated coconut
    • 2 heaped teaspoons of cocoa powder
    • 1/4 of a cup of agave syrup
    • chopped up strawberries to garnish

    Preparation:15min  ›  Cook:1hour  ›  Ready in:1hour15min 

    1. Grind up the almonds, add the rest of the ingredients, mix well, then spoon into cupcake moulds.
    2. Put into the freezer for approximately an hour and then serve with some garnish.
