Orange Sultana Spice Biscuits

    30 minutes

This recipe is a delicious change from the regular chocolate chip biscuits. My mother made these regularly and I have since started adding orange zest - Yum! If you make smaller sized cookies, there will be more to go around!

Okay, but a bit dry for my liking.  -  10 Jul 2010

Needed a quick recipe to cook to treat the girls at work and this definitely fitted the bill. It was very easy to make and they were ready in no time I made a couple of tweeks I didn't have sultanas so left them out and changed cloves for mixed spice. They were a big hit and really tasted delicious and left the house smelling of Christmas. The only problem was that they were gone too quickly  -  12 Dec 2012  (Review from Allrecipes UK & Ireland)

Very nice, simple to make. Bit too much sugar for me so I'll be reducing that next time as there's enough flavour with the spices. Like previous reviewer I substituted the cloves but I used nutmeg instead.  -  15 Mar 2015  (Review from Allrecipes UK & Ireland)
