Used different ingredients. Improvised with 600ml milk, 2 teaspoons sugar and 1 teaspoon instant coffee. (This cake also works with chocolate milk.) - 10 Oct 2009

Not bad, a little heavy though. Mine was a bit stodgy, should have cooked it longer at a slightly lower temperature. Easy to make and kept fresh for ages. - 03 Dec 2009
