Quick Chocolate and Coconut Slice
This recipe is very quick and easy. My grand daughter loves it and even helps me make it.
Ingredients
Serves: 12
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup self-raising flour
- 1/2 cup coconut
- 2 tablespoons cocoa
- 125g melted butter
- 1 lightly beaten (59g) egg

- Heat oven to 180 degrees C.
- Combine the sugar, self-raising flour, coconut and cocoa in a large bowl, Stir in the melted butter and lightly beaten egg.
- Spread mixture into a a greased 19cm by 29cm slice pan and bake in a 180 degrees C oven for 15 minutes or until lightly browned around the edges.
- Cool, than cut into slices.
