This is one I learned as a teenager and now I've started making it again for the dreaded fundraisers! It's simple - the only cooking is melting the copha.
i added lemon juice to this, a little trick my nan showed me, and halved the copha and it was delish!!!

250g is way to much copha, I added half of this amount which was about right.
