- 1 packet of yeast
- 1 cup warm water
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 1/2 cups plain flour

- Dissolve yeast in warm water then add sugar.
- Let yeast sit for about 10-15 minutes, or until 1cm of foam.
- Stir remaining ingredients in until all mixed through. Leave dough sit for 5-8 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 220 degrees C. Spread dough onto a lightly greased pizza tray. Add desired toppings and you're ready to go.
- Cook for 15-20 mins.

great easy recipe with 100% success rate. found it to be better for garlic pizza than with other toppings, but so much easier than longer recipes. - 05 Mar 2011
This easy recipe is the perfect base for any toppings. I used a round baking stone which resulted in a thick crust pizza. Next time, I will try half of the dough for a thinner, crispier crust. - 05 May 2013
