The way they make it in Quebec...with brown sugar, cream and pecans. Best served warm with vanilla ice cream!

Followed directions precisely and this pie turned out dry and caky. Would not recommend this recipe as it is. It might be better with far less flour and more heavy cream - 05 Jul 2010 (Review from Allrecipes USA and Canada)
