Spread a thin layer of barbeque sauce on the bottom of a slow cooker then place a layer pork chops, repeat with barbeque sauce then chops and pour the remainder of the bottle over the top of the final layer of chops.
Cook on a HIGH setting for 4 to 5 hours, or all day on a LOW setting.
You don't need to add any water because as the meat cooks the juices thin the sauce out.
This was so easy and yummy. I always slice an onion in thick slices and layer it on the bottom of my slow cooker and then lay the meat on top of it. That way the meat wont get black and tough on the bottom. Just a little trick that I have learned to use whenever I cook any kind of meat in the slow cooker. It also adds to the flavor. - 17 May 2013
