About me
We live here on Stewart Island, so shopping and cooking isn't as easy! We have a coal range for cooking, heating and hot water, only rainwater to drink and wash in and one small supermarket! We do grow our own veggies and there is an amazing amount of seafood here. Paua, blue cod, a salmon and mussel farms and oysters in season.

Favourite things to cook
I have worked in commercial kitchens before but much prefer the slow pace of cooking at home. Favourite way to celebrate is a pot luck dinner.
