Allrecipes.com.au account to be able to submit recipes to enter. No responsibility is accepted for ineligible or incomplete entries or entries made fraudulently. Only electronic form entries used within the competition section will be accepted. This does not include emails.
Entry is open to residents of Australia and New Zealand aged 18 or over.
The competition is not open to employees of The Reader's Digest Association Limited, Allrecipes, subsidiary companies and all other persons engaged with them, their immediate families and relatives living in an employee's household.
Participants do not have to make a purchase to enter.
The competition will begin on Monday 15 February 2010 and close on Saturday 27 March 2010. All recipes entered must be the original work of the submitter as must any accompanying photos.
The winning recipe will be chosen by a panel of Allrecipes staff based on the quality and originality of the recipe and the interest the recipe generates among allrecipes.com.au members. The winner will be chosen by 2 April 2010. The winner will be notified by email within 7 days of selection. No correspondence will be entered into.
The winner will receive his or her prize in the form of a copy of "Spice Notes and recipes" book by Iam Hemphill and Herbie's DVD Spice Kit & Spices with a total value of A$120.00. The prize must be taken as stated and cannot be deferred. The prize is not exchangeable, transferrable or redeemable for cash.

The winner must be prepared to take part in post-competition publicity.
The competition may also appear on one or more third-party websites that are affiliated with the campaign.
By entering, participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.
Allrecipes reserves the right, in the event of circumstances arising outside of its control which in its opinion makes it necessary, to cancel or change the competition at any stage. Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these rules and to agree to be bound by them when entering this competition. This agreement is covered by the laws of Australia and New Zealand.
